October 31st. It originated in the Celtic festival and the Christian holiday of
All Saints Day.

derivation of the phrase All Hallow's Eve (Eve of All Saints Day). It was held
in Anglo-Saxon countries, mainly in Canada ,
the United States , Ireland and the United Kingdom
